Flavored with smoked turkey

Lightly brushed with olive oil

Bourbon Yam & Turnip Casserole
Scalloped, buttery, caramelized with a hint of bourbon and curacao


Third

Spicy Green Gumbo
File' flavored stew slow cooked with fresh corn-fed chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage  & okra served over white rice


Dessert

Buttermilk Crepes
Paper thin pancakes with flamed apple filling and vanilla ice cream
